Mental Health in the Moment

This project aims to explore how adolescent's mental health is impacted by different experiences within their day-to-day lives.

It will take place over 5 years, following a group of 500 adolescents.

Measures will include surveys, daily smartphone questions (EMA),  sleepmeasures and stressmeasures.

This project is co-produced with adolescents. We are currently working with a young person advisory group (YPAG) who are shaping the protocols we will implement in the project.
